This easy meatloaf recipe is simple to make and delicious to eat.
Ground Beef}: 2 Pounds
Fine Italian Bread: 1/2 Cups
Eggs: 2
Salt: 1 Teaspoon
Sweet Onion Chopped Fine: 1
Ketchup: 1/2 Cup
Yellow Mustard: 3 Tablespoons
Black Pepper: 1 Teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper: 1 Teaspoon
Sugar: 4 Tablespoons
pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.Combine your meat, onion, eggs, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper and the bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix together well and when you have it well mixed put your mixture into a large loaf pan that you have sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Pat your meat loaf down well in the pan to make sure it is tightly packed in the pan.In a small bowl combine and mix your brown sugar , mustard and ketchup and when well mixed pour it in the loaf pan over the top of the meat loaf. Now bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Serve it.
