shredded cooked chicken breast: 4 cupsfinely shredded cheddar cheese: 2 cupssalt: 3/4 teaspoonground cumin: 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper: 1/2 teaspoonchicken broth: 1 1/3 cupscanned chopped green chiles, drained: 1 cupchopped onion: 1 cupgarlic, minced: 1 cloveCooking oil: 3 tablespooncorn tortillas: 24cream of chicken soup: 2 canssour cream: 1 cupPreheat oven to 350°. Combine chicken broth, green chiles, onion,sour cream, salt, cumin, black pepper,garlic and chicken soup in a large saucepan, stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Spread 1 cup soup mixture in a baking dish coated with cooking oil. Arrange 6 tortillas over the soup mixture, and top with 1 cup chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat layers, ending with the cheese. Spread remaining soup mixture over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
