Cook this authentic Chinese stir-fry in less than ten minutes, adding any crisp seasonal vegetables you fancy.
Cooked, Cubed Chicken Breast: 3 1/2 Cups
Cream Of Chicken Soup: 2 Cans
Hot Sauce: 1/4 Teaspoon
Soy Sauce: 1/4 Teaspoon
Chow Mein Noodles: 1 1/4 Cup
Chopped Cashew Nuts: 3/4 Cup
Green Bell Pepper, Chopped: 1
Onion, Chopped: 1
Chopped Celery: 1 Cup
Chop Suey Vegetables, Drained: 2 Cans
Sliced Water Chestnuts, Drained: 1 Can
Combine chicken, soup, vegetable's, water chestnuts, cashew nuts, green pepper, onion, celery and hot sauce in a large bowl mix gingerly. Spoon into sprayed baking dish and sprinkle chow mien noodles over top casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes or until it bubbles at edges of casserole. Serve it.
