Classic dish of Spain and Latin America, this arroz con pollo recipe is browned chicken cooked with rice, onions, garlic, and tomatoes.

Cooked Chopped Chicken: 2 Cups
Rice, Cooked: 1 Cup
Olive Oil: 1 Tablespoon
Chopped Onion: 1 Cup
Garlic, Minced: 2 Cloves
Almonds, Slivered: 1/3 Cup
bittersweet chocolate: 1 Square
Tomato Sauce: 1 Can
Green Chile Salsa: 2 Cans
Saute onions, garlic and almonds until onions are translucent in a large wok with the olive oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper and chocolate and heat on low until chocolate melts. Stir constantly. Pour tomato sauce, green chile salsa and chocolate mixture into a blender and process until smooth. Pour sauce in skillet and add chicken, Stir to mix well and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
